Everything is nice, loved my time here. All the staff is very friendly and pleasant and is engaged to make your stay pleasant. My must haves' are a quiet, luxurious room with modern bathrooms, huge comfy bed, for instance. It has a huge variety of meals to offer, the food is fab.

The attention from the staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

In terms of improvement, the air conditioning in our room was a bit too warm for our liking. Despite the chilly weather outside, it felt like a summer's day indoors.

I keep coming back because this place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. Plus, they helped me with late check out. Can't wait for my Christmas stay!
